1. Your account

Give accurate details, keep your password and transaction PIN secret, and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for purchases made with your PIN.

2. Wallet

Your wallet is funded only by bank transfer to your dedicated account. Wallet balance is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest.

3. Purchases

Check the phone, meter or smartcard number before confirming. Successful deliveries to a wrong number you entered cannot be reversed. Failed orders are refunded to your wallet automatically.

4. Airtime to Cash

Payout is credited after the airtime is received and confirmed. Rates may change; the rate shown when you submit applies.

5. Resellers & API

Merchants and developers must not resell to fraudulent users, abuse the API or share API keys. We may suspend keys or accounts involved in abuse.

6. Prices

Prices can change without notice following network and provider changes.

7. Liability

We are not liable for network outages or delays caused by telecom operators or bill providers beyond our control.
